Terrible service

I called african bank to enquire if they received two of my payments made throught EFT. I was advised by Donovan Pillay that I had used an incorrect reference number and I must send proof of payment to [Email Removed] his supervisor and they will allocate the payments correctly. I sent the email to the email address and got a read receipt from the email address but no reply. I have sent two follow up emails and called the office, but Mr Mseleku refused to take my call and told another lady that he did not receive my email, despite a read receipt. This week Tuesday when I phoned in, was asked to re-send the email and Mr Mseleku will call me back, three days later still no call back. I would like to know where is the money I paid, if it will not go into my loan account, please return it back to me.By the way, I received the incorrect number from one of the ABIL consultants.
