We have an Discovery account that we have to pay at ITC. I phoned them to make arrangements for payment as my husband was without a job since last year March.
He started working on the 18th of February.
Now with the new job, he's not allowed to take any phone calls during working hours, so he asked me to phone them and to make arrangements for payment and to find out the exact outstanding amount.
The person at the call centre REFUSED to give me ANY info and would'nt listen when I explained that my husband are not allowed to take any calls at work and he ASKED me to make arrangements.
So, without any information - HOW ARE WE SUPPOSED TO MAKE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS TO PAY THE OUTSTANDING AMOUNT??
Seems like they don't want money then???
