Overbilled for 6 months

I have complained about an overbilled account two months ago, Gerry from Cell C called me and promised me that my account is fixed and they have credit me, I took the credit amount in consideration and did not have to pay one month and there were enough credit left to deduct about half my payment for last month. This morning I got a call from a rude lady telling me to pay my arrears, as soon as I started explaining that there is a credit on my account she disconnect the call. I phoned the pre legal dept and they told me that my account is still not fixed, they are still overbilling me and used that credit to pay this huge amounts that is going through. I have also received a sms telling me if I do not pay the outstanding amounts they are going to stop my data. I am so tired of all this empty promises and people that are not able to do their jobs!
