Disappointed and dissatisfied custome

I am a new client to Cell C since March, First my porting was messed up from Cell C, which took more than 3 days of having no phone, i I then was given the wrong contract so had to go instore again to change it to the correct one.
For the 1st month I wasnt debited anything, I received an sms stating my account was in arrears, I investigated this&realised that FNB had given me a proof of banking details with the wrong acct number, I corrected this immediately at one of the Cell C stores. An amount then went off my acct on the 15th May. Given that my debits go off on the 30th, I called the call centre to check what was going on, I was told that I didnt have any outstanding amounts, & that debits would go off as usual on 30th. In May i received an sms saying my account was in arrears and my phone got cut off, I called Call Centre who then said there was no outstanding amount & they re-connected me immediately. I have just been cut off today due to R133 owing from the first two weeks where the account number was different to what it is now. This is unacceptable, my acct is now with legal dept due to their own mistake, I work in a hospital where i need my phn daily!!!
