Customer punished for Cell C mistake!!!

I have been a Cell C client for a few years now and have been happy until now! I recently added 2 data contracts to my account (done at the East Gate branch) assisted by the manager, only to find out that they loaded the payment debit orders on the wrong dates (15th), now I'm charged bank charges for returned debit orders caused by cell c's mistake, and I get blamed and punished! Now my cellphone is blocked for behind payments on the data contracts I can't make any calls, nothing! I called the customer service centre yesterday (Sat) and was assisted by the supervisor Nombulelo who was really unhelpful, refusing to sort out my issue as I told her I only get paid at month end and its not MY fault the payments are now behind, cell c loaded the debit dates wrong, my contract is proof that I ticked 30th. My partner took over the call as I was too upset, and he insisted that a manger call us back which still no call was made. She also told us that notifications was sent via SMS and calls was made to one of the data contract numbers and not my cellphone number, so obviously I will not get the messages about my account problems. I need this sorted!!!
