I got a new Cell C contract through Cell C's call centre more than 3 weeks ago. I clearly asked them to first port my number from Heita before sending me the phone. Cell C simply ignored me and send me the phone with a new number which I can not use! I phoned their call centre more than 50 times to try and rectify the problem, the consultants told me every time that they will escalate the porting of my number and call me back, but in 3 weeks they never called me back or ported my number!!! I send several e-mails and sms's to Cell C without any response!
Cell C is now charging me for a number that I do not use!!! Stay clear of Cell C they are corrupt and it is a trap when you have a contract with them you can expect no service at all and they will bill you for services that you did not ask for!!
