Late payment charges for a paid account

I am highly frustrated and upset. I make payments for my vodacom account via internet banking every month on the 26th of the month. I now receive an sms telling me that my account is in arrears with R203.50, upon enquiring from your call centre i get told that my debit order payments return unpaid and i am being charged R100 in upaid fees and i am liable for this amount. Now PLEASE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME!!! how is it that your system does not recognise that the account is paid and you still request payments? How is it possible that you charge me unpaid fees for a paid account? Then the agent has the nerve to ask me to make payment arrangements on my ARREARS. WHAT ARREARS??? THIS ACCOUNT IS PAID BEFORE THE TIME EVERY MONTH. Please sort this out immediately i will NOT pay unpaid fees for an account that is being paid every month.
