Only receiving half a package & waisting my money

Good day,

Last week I got a sms that I was due for an upgrade at vodashop Middelburg mall. I have 2 contracts with top up 315. The one contract I kept on 315 the other (for my wife 0844044...) I changed to 225 with a nokia lumia 920 package. According to the advertisement in the book I receive a free wireless charger worth R600, that I did not receive. According to Vodacom Middelburg in the mall I don't get it.
The other thing they (Kim confirmed by the manager Ciska) told me is that when I receive my new phone all the airtime will expire. The reason we changed to 225 is because of all the airtime that is not used every month. So there was r519 airtime that could not be transferred or used after receiving my phone. We phoned everybody in 3 days to use the money (used most of the airtime on international calls and local in 3 days). After receiving the phone I got a sms that said the upgrade will start the end of the month. So now there is no airtime on the phone and I did not receive my charger. We went to the other branch in Middelburg (clicks), who phoned the other manager to solve the problem. She disagreed with everything and said she will call back (saturday).
