I upgraded my account from 120 package to myMeg 50 and was suppose to be credited with airtime and data bundles as per agreement, but I received airtime only. I phoned on the 31st after after receiving the airtime and was told vodacom systems are not working properly so will get it on the 01 Feb 2014, on the 1st nothing happened and was told the same story, on the 3rd the Agent told me they have logged a request and will receive feedback within 24 hours.
I went as far as cancelling the contract and was told I should pay R600.00 for early cancellation, my question is who is the victim here????
When I phone on the 06 Feb 2014, the request was still pending..this is the breach of contract VODACOM.
