Game to the rescue!!

I posted a complaint on 27/12/13 regarding my upgrade problems.
On 31/12 Adnaan explained to me what their problem is and that I will still be able to do the upgrade.
I said I was 'quite impressed' and would reserve judgement and respond further once I do the upgrade and see how that goes.
I went today to upgrade. I was told by Neo at V/shop that there are no free phones on my package. I suggested an older phone, but of course they had none! She then offered me the Nokia 6?? Lumia but I would have to pay in R459 plus the upgrade fee. If I wanted to stay on my current package I would have to pay in R1200. Fortunately I decided to go to Game. What a pleasure! They were only two assistants but they both went out of their way to see how they would be able to assist. I eventually got a Nokia 720 Lumia and didn't pay anything in, just the upgrade fee. What joy!!! I had to go up to one of the Smart packages, which is fine, but at least I was given the option. I believe I will lose my airtime when I go onto the new package on 1 February and tried to sign onto Vodacom to see how I can transfer airtime. Apparently something wrong with their website. Took over an hour!
