I upgraded in May 2013, and since then I have had problems receiving my allocations of airtime and data. Some months I get the airtime, some not. It seems like I have to dial *162# every time before making a call, otherwise I will realise that I will be paying for the call at the end of the call, even if I did not use all the R200 value of airtime the I am supposed to receive. In November I did not get the airtime, and I called Mtn on the 25th of November, but to this day, no response. I then sent them an email, but still no response. My account has been high since this recent upgrade, even though my usage has not changed. I have been with this company since 1998, and this year has been a nightmare. They already had to refund me in June/July, but this is causing me a lot of money.
