WHEN I UPGRADED MY CONTRACT (083 381 9704) ON THE 1ST OF JUNE. I STILL HAD 4GIG LEFT AS I AM ON A TOP UP 350 AND I PAY FOR ADDITIONAL 2 GIG PER MONTH AT R168. WHEN I UPGRADED I SPECIFICATELY ASKED PRECIOUS THAT THE UPGRADE WONT AFFECT MY GIGS. SHE SAID NO. IT WILL REMAIN AND STAY THE SAME AS ITS ONLY AN UPGRADE. SUNDAY AFTERNOON I PRESSED *141# TO CHECK HOW MANY SMS I HAVE LEFT AND ONLY TO FIND THAT MY 4 GIG DISSAPPEARED. I PHONED HER IMMEDIATLY AND ASKED HER WHY. SHE SAID SHE DOESNT KNOW BUT WILL COME BACK TO ME. ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT ITS HER MISTAKE. SHE SAID SHE WOULD SORT IT OUT. AFTER GOING TO THE STORE 3 TIMES NO. SEVERAL CALLS TO HER AND SILVESTER AND MILLICENT. ONLY PROMISES AND NO GIG REGTIFYING. I DO UNDERSTAND WHEN THEIR IS A SYSTEM PROBLEM. BUT SURELY NOW 3 WEEKS LATER I AM STILL NOT SORTED. SHE IS HARDLY EVER AT WORK AND NO ONE ELSE HAS THE AUTHORITY TO SORT ME OUT. SHE PROMISED THAT THE STORE WILL PURCHASE MY 4 GIG FOR ME AND FORWARD ME THE VOUCHER. WHICH STILL DINT HAPPEN. ALSO ON THE 12TH WHEN I RECEIVE MY AIRTIME, I RECEIVED AIRTIME BUT NOT MY 2GIG AS ALWAYS. I WENT TO THE STORE YESTERDAY, ONLY TO FIND THAT SHE IS AGAIN NOT IN. DRIVING ALL THE WAY
