In september last year i discovered that an account was opened in my name at Vodacom, contacted vodacom and was informed to do affidavit and fax the id copy, which i went to an outlet in Eastgate and was done by their consultant. I was informed by the consultant at eastgate that the department will handle the query and come back to me. I phoned the 0821946 and Mpolokeng told me they are busy with investigations and will come back to me. I waited for their call until today. I phoned the 0821946 spoke to Siphokazi and she reffered me to pre-legal 0821905, spoke to Bongane who couldn`t help and i asked for his superior Charlotte who also couldn`t be much of a help and transferred me back to pre-legal because the query was first logged with them. I`ve been taken from pillar to post and it seems like the vodacom consultant dont really know what they`ve been employed for. I am very much disappointed in the poor service i received from vodacom this morning, this is really way out of hand and i need my name to be cleared A.S.A.P.This query goes back to 2012 and nobody actually bothered to update me with the outcome. Seems like an investigation at vodacom takes longer than a murder case.
