No feedback from Vodacom

I reported my phone to Vodacom on 13/12/12. I received an sms from Vodacom on 14/12/12 stating that there has been exsessive usage on my phone exceeding 12k, I contacted Vodacom - the consultant told me that he escalated the matter to Vodacom department for further investigation.

The following week I received a call from Vodacom asking for an affidavit. I faxed it through on 21/12 at 08:42am to fax nr 011 546 8888. I received an SMS with service nr A1-NPZW-MCJ3H1 on 23/12/12.

On 18/01/13 at 11:07 I contacted Vodacom acc. dep. and spoke to Chesray. She said that on the system it shows that my case was closed on 19/12/12 and that the fax with affidavit wasn't received. She asked me to refax it to 086 008 2082 and service nr S3-SEE71-1G5X was given to me and that I would have feedback within 24 to 48 hours. I refaxed the documentation requested and it went through successfully on 18/12/13 at 10:22am.

On 24/01/13 at 15:44 I contacted acc. dep again and spoke to Nono. She said that according to the system the collections department is scheduled to contact me back on 25/01/13 at 14:08 with feedback. Call ref # 275590815

48 DAYS Later, still no feedback :(
