I am not very happy about my bill since my upgrade, I was not informed about the excess costs in getting an upgrade! I was charged for "HARDWARE SUBSIDY" & [URL Removed] none of these costs were explained to me over the phone or via e-mail with Monique. In this day and age when finances are a bit tight and every cent counts, why does Nashua feel the need to keep information that will affect their customers pockets!! Why should I pay for this when I was not even informed about it, to find your terms and conditions on your site is a maze in itself, let alone to read it!! Someone explain to me why & for what I'm paying???
