I am having no joy with Vodacom these passed few months. I've just been disappointed time & time again by the customer service & accounts departments which is unacceptable!
On Monday morning, 13/01/14, at approximately 9am I received a call from Vodacom in which the consultant informed me that the investigation regarding my account had been concluded & that my query was validated. I was also informed that in regard to this I was to be reimbursed for an amount of R400.
Today is Saturday 18/01/14 & not payment nor any confirmation hereof has been processed. I called customer service on 111, called 0821946 & was transferred to some acquisition department & no one had any information to assist me.
All I want is to know if payment has been made, when can I expect the funds and if payment was not processed then when shall it be done.
Most disgruntled customer EVER!!!
