Don't even have an 8ta sim card but being charged

So, my account was cancelled and I was refunded but charged agin end Feb. Zinhle said it was a mistake but I have still NOT received that refund (2013-02-28 / TELKOMMOBI50063439901002759943 / -308.70). The sim card was cancelled with 8ta and ported back to Vodacom BUT, now i have been debited AGAIN and I don't even have an 8ta sim card as I am using VODACOM!! (2013-04-02 / TELKOMMOBI50063439901002986900 / -295.00).

Zinhle confirmed IN WRITING that the account had been cancelled and that my banking details WOULD BE REMOVED from 8ta billing. I also tried to reverse the payments with FNB but can't do that as Telkom is considered a "Public recipient"

Why on earth am i being charged?? Refund me immediately as this is!!!
