I phoned vodacom customer care on sunday to query a account problem. Vodacom says i have 197.50 anytime minutes available but i owe them R1150 for something i have available to me. When i phoned customer care on sunday to ask about this they logged a query for me. Today i phoned them to find out what the progress is with my complaint and they said it has been closed bit when i checked again today it still staid the same. This is actually the third time vodacom's mistakes has cost me more than R1000. I requested that they cancel all my 4 contracts with them as they bridged the contract agreements according to me. I even spoke to vodacom's legal department but they were use less. I really don't want anything to do with vodacom anymore id rather give mtn my R2000 every month. Mtn has never given me any problems before. I've been a customer of vodacom for 8 years and now I am done.
