Bill on a closed contrat sim card

I am a client of Voacom for the last 2 years and have all my contracts up to date. In November 2012 i phoned in to give notice so that i can have my one contact cancelled as i have 2.I requested for the sim card to be closed as i do not need it and i have 2 contracts. I asked for the settlement balance and itemised bill the agent that i spoke to promised to send to my email but till today im still waiting. December i had the last instalment on my on my 1 account, to my surprise in jan i received a statement a bill of data usage on my sim card and phone calls to other mobiles which do not belong to Vodacom.
i phoned 082111, was reffered to 0821946 then to 0821958, and tp 0821905 where i was told to go to walk in vodacare, where i was told that they will escalate the matter.
Today the 20th i decided to go back to the Vodacom in Canal Walk in Cape Town and i was helped by TEMBISA who was defensive that i can go and report to the police but Vodacom will never have an answer for me and that i was responsible for the sim card, which i explained that the same day when i received the sim card i destroyed it to avoid using it as i have 2 sim cards. She informed me that its not possible for Vodacom
