I HAVE BEEN SENDING VARIOUS REQUESTS TO VODACOM TO SORT OUT NETWORK PROBLEMS IN OUR AREA, THEY STILL HAVE IT ON THEIR SYSTEM THAT I FIRST REPORTED IN 2007 AND TO DATE THEY HAVE NOT ATTENDED TO THE ISSUE. WHEN I CALLED AGAIN TODAY, I HAD TO WAIT FOR MORE THAN 20 MINUTES TO BE ATTENDED BY A CONSULTANT, WHEN SHE CAME ON THE PHONE EVENTUALLY, I STILL GOT NO ASSISTANCE . SHE KEPT ASKING ME REPETITIVE QUESTIONS WHICH I HAD ALREADY ANSWERED, SHE COULD NOT ASSIST BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN, SHE ASKED ME TO CALL HER AGAIN LATER, I TOLD HER THAT SHE SHOULD MAKE IT HER RESPONSIBILITY TO PHONE ME BACK BECAUSE FIRST, IT TOOK 20MINUTES TO GET A RESPONSE FROM A CONSULTANT, SECOND I STILL DID NOT GET A SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM. SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE SHE COULD ASSIST ME WITH, I TOLD HER SHE COULD NOT RESOLVE MY INITIAL PROBLEM, HOW COULD SHE EVEN ASK TO ASSIST WITH SOMETHING ELSE, SO SHE PROMISED TO GET BACK TO ME IN AN HOUR, HER NAME IS NOMPUMELELO ZONDO. SO I WILL WAIT FOR HER CALL. I AM APPAULED WITH VODACOM AS A SERVICE PROVIDER!!!
