Theres nothing we can do!! Bye!

Vodacom's network has actually become such a problem that everyone i know finds it normal to get disconnected or dropped. This week however was the worst! I couldnt send any emails with attachments, and kept getting email responses talking about BULK UNSOLICITED EMAIL! so i enquired with 4 call centre consultants, 3 of whom had no idea how to assist! one of them actually kept asking his collegues for assistance. I was finally told that theres nothing i can do but wait! i asked how long i should wait, and they dont know. This problem has been raised 2 days ago and vodacom is only aware of this now. I would understand if this is a once off occurance, but this happens twice a year minimum! Whats worse is that they cannot give any alternative solutions! I am looking a lot of money because my emails cannot go out, and vodacom's usually slack service is just getting worse and worse... it gets better, while i was on hold or talking to the call center agents, my connection kept getting disconnected... how embarrassing! the agents kept calling back telling me its network problems... i WILL be looking for another service provider, and will tell ALL my 175 clients the experience i have had
