I visited the Vodacom store at the zone rosebank, I was persuaded to take out a vodcom contract from them over the game store down the road, all was well until the time to put the action in motion. I was promised it will take me 15 to 20min to do the sim swop and issue me a contract as I am an existing customer. another customer walked in with a so called crisis problem and was attended to which lasted for over an hour, time now was 6pm and I was told to come back the next day, my sim was logged in the system as a porting sim. the next day I got to the store to restart the process, I was issued with a contract which I completed, I was issued a phone but the lady mentioned the system is not working so she will email me my invoice, the day passed with no airtime or contract been activated so at 16:30 I contacted 111 to find out why no airtime etc. I was told the contract was not loaded on the system and there is no trace of any contract been lodged?
I contacted the store and the lady says she sent it however she will follow up?
its now an hour later and still no response!
it was also the first time I entered a store and was asked whats the problem instead of how can I assist
