I have Been on the phone for 1 hour no one could help me. No manager could be found for an hour my problem could not been solved. I called a t o9h00 to report this problem and said they would call me back an hour and half I called back and still you didn't help me. Please listen to my conversation ref. no. 329025756 call and let me know that a senior manager could not take me call and assist me. its Vodacom seriously how are you going to sort this out. It took me 4 hours in my day to wait for your assistance and still came up with a explanation. needed to make and important call which I could not. How will you compensate me for this
