There is always poor Vodacom 3G network coverage in the Kew, JHB area. I have called Vodacom several times and would wait for my call to be answered 30 to 45 min, sometimes even hang up. When I speak to an IT consultant they are either clueless or they sound drunk, especially in the evenings. They will ask me to do what the previous consultant told me to do, which did not work the first time around, not matter how much I tell them it has been done before.
This problem happens almost everyday and has been there since the beginning of the year. As a student, I sometimes have to submit my assignments late because of this problem
