Service Offered as per website post but doesn't

Vodacom has a post on the website stating that you can call the customer call centre for assistance with regards to sim swap but when you call the call centre they ask you all the security questions which is answered but at the end they just tell you that you have to go into 1 of there stores in order for them to assist you with a sim swap. I find this highly unacceptable when they advertise that people can phone in for assistance with this but dont follow through with what they advertise. This is not the first time i have encountered a problem of this nature with vodacom's customer call centre service, today again my friend purchased a new phone and was issued with a micro sim, he then contacted vodacom's call centre for assistance with a sim swap as his old sim wont fit into the new phone. Once again they ask him all the security questions as i had once answered before but at the end of the phone call the consultant he had spoken to just said "you will need to go to a vodacom shop so that they can assist you with", it is highly pathetic to advertise a service andf then not follow through on what a company advertises. 100% pathetic call centre service, no wonder we complain of it.
