VERY ANGRY AND WITH VODACOM

I was mugged and my 3 months old Blackberry Bold 9900 white was taken, I tried all I can to at least get who ever bought the phone, cause I know they bought the phone for R300, the one mistake I did was not activating my Blackberry Protector and not insuring the phone, now Vodacom won't help me in anyway. Funny thing is they do agree that they can see which sim card has been put in my phone but they can't give me the information, they are gunning for me to Blacklist the phone and go on paying R408 a month, what is the contract for the phone or the sim card cause if so, then I can give them their sim card back and will they cancel the contract. I'm caused I have been sent from pillar to the next and this gets to me cause they say they work with police and the police are only ones that can trace the phone but at the police station I got a different statement, the police want some ITC or ICT number and that means I have to blacklist my phone to get that number. Vodacom is using people who take out contracts with them, cause once you lose your phone then its business for them, they don't care a dim about their so called ''customers''. SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR SERVICE!!! SIES!!!
