I have now seriously had it with Vodacom! You send me the wrong phone and still bill me when I asked for my contract to be cancelled! I have been waiting for the courier to pick up this phone that you have incorrectly sent me. And I asked for the new upgrade to be cancelled as It would only start at the beginning of April and I see that you have not Cancelled it! I am extremely upset at the poor service delivery from you guys. You are really wasting my time and my money. I will be joining another network as I can longer put up with this rubbish. I will not be held liable for any costs made by you as well as I did ask for the contract to be cancelled weeks before it could come through. Could someone get back to me and tell me what the is going on!
