I've always had nothing but the best service from Vodacom, and am pretty unsatisfied that I have to resort to Hello Peter to have a query resolved.
My phone was on the 15 December 2012, I reported it to the police station and contacted vodacom, to block the nr and blacklist the phone. The nr was blocked, and I had a smooth process in conducting a sim swop (Thank you). However the agent that assisted me in blocking the phone said I should fill in the forms she will e-mail. I completed the forms and faxed it back. I am still waiting for the ITC ref nr. I have called in so many times and am being transferred from pillar to post. All that I want is the ITC ref nr, so that the police can continue with their investigations.
