On the 02/02/2013 i applied a cellphone contract which took me 5 to 7 days if not more to get my phone nokia asha201 that was supposed to be 49 a month.
Now i've been told that i must pay 89.00 a month, so if your salesperson failed to tell me from the onset as to exact amount i would be paying why must i recieve a statement with different amount.
I was so shocked when i was told i had to wait as they don't have the phone in their store, how do you advertise something you don't have? they had to phone another branch to give them that phone.so now in need cancellation as i will not be able to handle the stress anymore.
