I have an account with Jet, and I bouht a phone there, I cannot remember the date but it was early this year around Mar/Apr, I was told to charge the phone for 8 hours and I did, but the phone has to be charged everyday and now it got worse it must be charged 3 times a day, and it just gets soooo hot and it freezes and it switches itself on and off. It is a Nokia Asha 311, when I went to Jet to tell them they told me it would take a month to repair it, now how must I stay without a phone for the whole month, why would getting another battery take the whole month? It is not my fault that your phone is having battery problems, and now i must suffer, i have very important calls on my phone and I must stay for the whole month with no phone??? I bought the Nokia phone because I have been using it for many years and now i got so dissapointed when this happened. Now how do i go and buy another phone at Jet if their phone does this? This is very irritating because my phone is still new and I must charge it 3 times a day.
