Still awaiting feedback after sending a phone back

Hi

Iwas due for an upgrade early February and went ot he Canal Walk branch and took the contract with the Nokia Lumia 920. Within the 1st month the camera stopped working and it was sent away for a warranty repair. I then recieved a new phone as it was within 6 months. within the 7 days of recieving the new nokia Lumia from Canal Walk, I then took the phone to Claremont branch and requested they give me a complete different phone. i was told that the retentions department will need to look into it and they'd call me by 08/04/2013-09/04/2013. i then went to the store ont he 08/04/2013, the guy who i dealt with had no clue what i was speaking about and told me i will need to wait till the 20th of April before i can get feedback, which means I need to pay for a phone that im not using and also I HAVE NO PHONE. I'm sick of the different info i just want a new phone!!!
