FALSE INFORMATION

2mnths ago we upgrd our contract. We took a Nokia Lumia 610. home we realised that this smartphone can't do cellphone banking. We contacted the store and asked them if we could return the phone if we were not happy with it. We were told we could as long as we brought it in within 7 days. we called them a 2nd time to confirm and were told the same. When we got to the store we were given the run around about them having to send the phone in to be checked, this after the manager confirmed with nokia that this specific phone could not do what we wanted. we were also told that we could not exchange the phone. if your staff tell your customers a certain thing don't take it back. we waited for more than a week for feedback, went back to the store and spoke to a different manager, who promised to contact us within 3 days its been more than 2 weeks since we spoke to him and more than two months with this issue. last weekend we were in the store again to resolve the matter and had to wait 20min while the manager searched for the phone in the back only to be told the phone is not there? where is it? i don't want this phone anymore. i want to exchange this phone like we were told we cud
