I was sold a contract phone on the agreement that I will be paying a prepaid contract of R149.00. On the first month I was charged R275.00 with the explanation that I was paying charges for the admin fees, and my installment would go back to normal on the second month, but on the second month I was charged R650.00, I visited the store and they e-mailed their head office about the complaint and I was told to wait for their response. I then went again of which then I was told that I must control my cellphone bill.

I have not used the phone starting from the 1st of October but I am already going to be charged R300.00 for the phone and sim card I did not use. I agreed on a prepaid contract of R149.00 and was never told of any other payments I was supposed to foot out.
