This year in May I took out a contract with cellc where I purchased a samsum tablet and samsung S3.Four months down the line took the phone back as it was not charging got it back and was told they have repaired it and its working, on the 8-10-2013 took it back again as its giving the same problem and they had to send it back for repairs again for the second time, no feedback till I went to the branch again asking what's happening with my phone cause I'm being charged for the second month for the phone that I don't have and for the fact that I'm paying every month for the phone that I'm not even using this phone is more in for repairs than with me what's the use paying for it. I don't want this phone anymore cause I think there is a problem with this phone I need this matter resolved as I can't even get hold of their customer care.please refer to IMEI number 356262051519748
