NO PHONE AFTER A MONTH

I APPLIED TO HAVE MY PHONE UPGRADE ON THE 1ST SEPTEMBER 2013. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD TAKE A COUPLE DAYS TO GET STOCK, I WAS OK WITH THIS AND WAITED FOR MY CALL TO LET ME KNOW I COULD COLLECT... LUCKY I WASN'T HOLDING MY BREATH. I HAD TO PHONE THEM ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY STILL DIDN'T HAVE STOCK. PLEASE COULD I WAIT A DAY MORE. SAME STORY, I HAD TO PHONE THEM AS THERE WAS NO FOLLOW UP FROM THEIR SIDE. AFTER NEARLY TWO WEEKS I GOT MY PHONE. I WAS HAPPY, BUT NOT FOR VERY LONG AS THE PHONE WOULDN'T WORK AFTER A WEEK. I RETURNED THE PHONE (20 SEPTEMBER 2013) AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD REPLACE IT. THEY TOLD ME THAT A NEW PHONE WOULD BE AVAILABLE ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY BUT AGAIN THAT NEVER PROVED TO BE TRUE. IT IS NOW THE 2 OCTOBER 2013 AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL. I CANT EVEN PHONE THEM AS NOBODY SEEMS TO ANSWER THE PHONE. I AM CURRENTLY PAYING FOR A CONTRACT THAT IS SUPPOSED HAVE A NEW PHONE BUT DON'T HAVE ONE. I THINK THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND I WANT IT SORTED OUT. I WANT MY PHONE AND I WANT THE FRUSTRATION AND TIME I HAVE WASTED COMPENSATED.
