Faulty cellphone

I purchased a cellphone (blackberry 9360) on the 25th of June 2013 and it gave me problems within 3 days time and i went to the store to complain within the 7 days cooling period but i was not assisted i was sent back and they told me to use it one more dayy and come back if it still gave me problems.when i went back i was told that they cant replace the phone for me because they dont have the same moddle phone.i told them that i no longer want a blackberry i want a nokia of the same value they refused and they told me that theres nothing they can do, they can only send the phone for repair i told them that is new and if they send it to repair it wil still give me problems meaning the problem is th phone.i was not helped i was suppose to be given a new phone of a same value as the contract stipulates so they didnt honour their contract and now im not a happy and satified customer, im left with a faulty phone i regret buying from Exact.m furious and angry.
