Agree also phone the Technical Support. Lionel advised me that there's a routing problem and no resolution time on this. He also took no interest in taking my details to follow up. VERY bad service!!!
I've been a customer of Axxess for a long time with no complaints, but is seems like they can't handle the volumes of customers anymore!
