Very bad service

I had a cell phone contract with nashua mobile at canal walk and i migrated from contract to prepaid at the end of january and the people at nashua mobile assured me that my last debit order will come off at the end of january but for the last 2 months they have still been taking money off my account and every time i go back to them to rectify the problem they promise me that it is now sorted out and that it wont happen again, but they still are deducting money from my account and it is extreamly annoying for me to every time go back to them and explane my story over again and then get told by them that it wont happen again, and then i have to go to the bank and reverce the charges again. I have even contacted the call center for nashua mobile and even they told me that the problem was rectified but it clearly is not because money was deducted from my account 2 days ago once again. I dont know what to do now i am extreamly annoyed and frustrated
