A warning to all customers

I've been a client with Axxess for two years or so. Even though in the past they've failed to notify me of network failures, even though I've had to endure intermittent connection problems, I've patiently stuck with them.

The most recent test of my patience came when I decided to transfer my Telkom line management to Axxess - partly because it's slightly cheaper, and partly because I didn't want to deal with Telkom anymore. Related to this complaint:

I now have the pleasure of having to deal with and follow up on BOTH Telkom AND Axxess. Even though Axxess can TEST my line speed on THEIR side, they prefer to leave it to me when I eventually get home. Guilty operators:

The last feedback I got from Shanee was on the 21/06/2013. Since then I've been on the phone with Telkom almost every day. I'm asking myself why I'm paying Axxess for my line management? At this point I'm wondering why I'm paying them at all.

I'm taking my business elsewhere. I don't care for your run-of-the-mill apology. You're unambitious, lazy, and incompetent.
