I applied for a bundled ADSL package from Axxess. Unfortunately iBurst, my previous provider, didn't deactivate their data service correctly and the process was delayed. On the 3rd May I informed Axxess that I'd like to suspend my service and be credited to my Axxess account because I expected delays from iBurst because iBurst wasn't what had gone wrong.
Additionally, I sent a support request highlighting this. I have not received any feedback and I feel that the service level is remarkably poor. I would now like to get a full refund for services that have not been rendered. I had planned to be an Axxess client for years, but I see now that service is not their goal. In fact, Axxess is just as bad as iBurst.
If Axxess refuses to refund my money, I have no choice to pursue the matter with ICASA and my credit card provider.
