I moved from contract to prepaid. I purchased a data bundle for internet and only when `i phoned vodacom because it didn't work did they inform me that i need biz for internet as a data bundle did not work on blackberry cell phones. `i knew that biz was compulsory for contract but was never informed during my move to prepaid either via consultants or sms that i need biz. I have spent R49 on a 100mb bundle which is now lost due to this and have to spend a further R59 for biz which is a total waste. I am very disappointed and upset because of this.
