This morning myself and my wife went to East Rand Mall to get a sim swop for her phone. Got to the first store: Vodashop East Rand Mall and they did not have stock, They NEVER have stock. Tell the owner to pull up his socks or close him down. Got to the 2ndstore: Vodacom Chatz and they didn't have stock either, they also NEVER have stock, by now you should know what to do. Got to the 3rd store: Vodacom 4U, they had stock for a change. It was 11H30 when Thabang helped me. There was some or other problem with an otp number for the branch manager. I had her called and when she eventually decided to grace us with her presence she explained that it might take "a couple of minutes". We decided to have a bite at Wimpy and returned to the store by 12H00. Thabang was missing and no one could find paperwork. At this point I got irritated and said I want to see the branch manager. Elzette was to busy making jokes with someone at the back to come and waste precious time on me. This is the most unprofessional pathetic excuse for a branch manager I have ever come across. A lady eventually sorted out the whole thing by starting the process from scratch. It was 12H20 when we left
