I have pre ordered a XBOX game from CNA 31 Jan 2013 (Metal Gear Solid) i got a call from CNA on wednesday telling me that their supplier does not have stock of the game, i go to CNA East Rand Mall and they have about 20 copies of the game, i phone the customer support number and the said that they cannot see any stock on their system for East Rand Mall CNA so i cannot take one from the store. Phoned today again and they still dont have stocke and they will be calling me back with a solution, as i told them they can sort out their admin and i will go get a copy at the store. STILL WAITING...
Whats the point of pre-ordering something when the store will have the stock before you do!!! Pre ordering the item will ensure you to get a copy on the release date!
If you dont know how preorder works dont have the option on your site!!!
