Good day. My wife took out a contract at the Vodacom Chatz store in East rand Mall. The contract we signed for and what was loaded onto their system was completely different. We are being send from pillar to post as no one wants assist us. My wife's other account with Vodacom which she uses on a daily basis as now also being suspended because of outstanding amounts that Vodacom said they would cover about 4 weeks ago. We need this to be sorted as it is important for my wife to have a phone
