As it was time for an upgrade I went to the Cresta Vodashop as I always did for the past few years. It was very busy and I was in the queue for an hour and 15 minutes, when I got to the counter I asked for the options that were available and I was only given two options. The option I chose included a voucher but no vouchers were in stock. I then decided to rather take the other option instead of having to go back and the only phone that was in stock had already been opened and I was told that he would phone when the phone was at the branch. While I was being helped two other people who were not in the queue started talking to the saleperson and he helped them. There I stood with my toddler who by then was getting extremely restless and he just helped the other people! I decided to rather not order the phone from that branch because I was completely put off by the bad service. A few days later I went to the Vodacom 4 U branch at Northgate and the lady who helped me was helpful at first, someone else was also helped while I was being assisted, the phone I wanted was out of stock, I was told that it would be there by the end of the week, a week later and I am still waiting.
