I went to Hemmingways Vodashop Sat 27 April to enquire about the S4, was given the information but they did not have stock! Was the first person on the List, but they did not have an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)! Went to MTN in the same Mall and they had enough stock!
On the 01 May go to Vodashop in Clearwater, no stock!! Told its on back order. The same day I go all the way to Vodaworld, Vodacom no stock, Nashua Mobile has plenty! I'm in NELSPRUIT, went to Vodashop in Riverside Mall, No stock! I call 111 as I'm entitled to an upgrade I get transferred to the upgrades department. I'm told there that there is no stock and they can't give me an ETA.
I call Shaun at the Hemming-ways Mall to see if any stock has arrived, and he still can't even place his order due to restrictions placed n them! This situation is disgusting and clearly shows how Vodacom is not serious and then only thing left for Me as a consumer is to take my money elsewhere. If we can more with our money we can show these arrogant people at vodacom that the power with the consumer not them! As soon as I get home I will port!
