On Saturday the 1st of Feb I visited a CTM store nearby..The tile I was looking for, there was no stock the lady check on the computer said I can go to the Eastrand Mall they have stock, I drove to Eastrand & the guy checked said there is no stock he checked on the computer said I should go to Springs what a JOKE no stock there as well stores close at 4pm so I went home... very irritated already as I spent my Saturday visiting CTM stores wasting my time&money. Anyway I decided to call the Southgate branch early Sunday morning as I had to get this tiles sorted out, called Southgate gave the guy four different tiles names & he said "YES WE HAVE STOCK" & he also gave me prices of it, what a flippen joke drove all the way there waited for almost 15-20mins for him cause he was busy with a another client & guess what THERE WAS NO STOCK, yet another lady had it. seems that CTM enjoys getting customers to come visit them... He told me to go to Alberton branch I said he must check properly before I go... I don't even have to tell u what happen at Alberton branch NO STOCK!!! I drove back to the Edenvale branch & settled for something else yet Im not very happy..this is really SICK of CTM SERVICE!!
