I went to the vodacom 4u store in greenstone mall to get a phone upgrade, I wanted the Huwaei ascend p6 but was told they were out of stock. The Indiana women that helped me, I didn't get her name, informed me she would place an order for the phone and phone me as soon as they had one. She took my details down on a piece of paper. I waited three weeks and still didn't hear anything so I phoned the store to ask if they had in stock and they said they did. I went to the store to find out that the phone they said they had was for another person and had no other phones in stock. I was then helped by shadrack who formally placed the ordered and ensured me would call when the phone was delivered. The service showed by shadrack was appreciated but I don't understand why that service was not shown the first time. If there is a formal process of ordering the phone for a customer why didn't the women who helped me the first time follow this process. I have to now wait and see if any other store has stock and if they don't have to wait till the end of October for more stock to arrive. This is pathetic and the service shown by that first women is unacceptable.
