EAST RAND MALL SERVICE ANE MANAGER DISGUSTING

Everytime i find something on the website and East rand mall has stock i always have problems!!!
Today i called and spoke to a lerato, shes been looking for the stock for over two hours
I have been calling every hour and you hold on for over 10 mins withy NO one attending to your call
You call again and hopefullky someone answers and calls her
I have asked for the manager and he is forever in a meeting
eventually he comes and the attitutde he gave me was disgusting
NOW THE STORES SERVICE IS SO BECAUSE THE MANAGER HIMSELF IS A ARROGANT FOOL
N O W HOW DO I GET THE ITEMS
