Appalling customer service from Vodacom Greenstone

I am due for an upgrade and went into Vodacom at Greenstone mall on the 13-07. I dealt with Luvuyo. I was told by him, the phone I wanted was not in stock but would be in by the 17-07. He hasnt contacted me at all regarding the phone. When I called to inquire where my phone is I was told that its still not in stock, I asked why he did not contact me to inform me, I was told he didnt want to waste my time if the phone wasnt in. I asked why he could not check at another branch and was told the store had no affiliation with other vodacom branches. Today is the 29-07 and I have called the store 6 times so far and have spoken to the manager (Neil) and still nobody can give me any information about the phone. On 27-07 Neil promised to find out if another store had stock and call me back in 30 mins. 2hrs later i had to phone him back only to have him tell me he was still busy, he may have found 1and would get back to me later. I have yet to receive a call from him. As a long standing customer with your network I am extremely disgusted with the service I have received. I dont want to change my network, but your lack of service has appalled me. Someone needs to get back to me today!!!
